The I in Pandemic: Introducing Bite-Sized Packages

One of the common sentiments we hear during this pandemic is how people wish that things could “go back to normal”. While it is understandable to wish a return to normalcy, it is important to understand that this cannot happen. Rather than hoping for everything to “go back” or “return”, let us turn our sights forward and focus on how we can progress towards a brighter future.
In the spirit of moving forward, we are excited to announce our new bite-sized health packages! We understand that our 12-week FLT program can feel like too much of a commitment to some, especially during the pandemic. Therefore, we are introducing a series of 1-month long (bite-sized, as we like to call them) packages for you to choose from. Every one of these programs can help you to transform into a better, more resilient version of yourself. Each package consists of 4 components: Coaching, Medical Food, Supplements, and PEMF, explained below.

“Doctors won’t make you healthy. Nutritionists won’t make you slim. Teachers won’t make you smart. Gurus won’t make you calm. Mentors won’t make you rich. Trainers won’t make you fit. Ultimately, you have to take responsibility. Save yourself.”

Our Menu

You can take a look at our full menu on our website, here. In addition to being more compact, these new packages are also highly cost-effective! Our basic packages cost only $9 per day, while our most comprehensive program caps out at $23 per day. Investing in your health early can lead to enormous savings down the line – if you can develop the habits you need within a couple of months of our program, you could spare yourself medical bills down the line that would have cost several thousand dollars, or more! Keep in mind that after a chronic disease has developed, the most that conventional medicine can do is to manage it, NOT cure it. The best way to avoid health complications is to prevent them, and it is entirely possible to do so by creating good lifestyle habits.

Coaching

The first component of almost all of our packages is coaching. Coaching can be critical for many people looking to make changes in their lives because let’s face it: change can be difficult. Between changes to your diet, your exercise regimen, and your lifestyle, there can be a lot to navigate when it comes to learning to live healthily. Furthermore, everyone is different! There is no one-size-fits-all solution to diet, exercise, and lifestyle – coaching can help you on an individual level where vague and general health tips would otherwise fail.
In the office, we are very careful to observe the rules of the pandemic. We thoroughly sanitize the office after every appointment and enforce the wearing of face masks in the office. If you are still concerned about in-person coaching, virtual solutions are available as well! With a plethora of video chatting applications at our disposal, we are sure to find a solution that works for you.
That being said, if you truly feel that you would succeed without the aid of a coach, we offer “solo” packages as well.

Medical Food

If you have been following our newsletters, you may already be familiar with the concept of medical food. For those that may need a refresher: medical food is specially formulated to support the management of a specific disease or condition. If you think “management of a specific disease or condition” does not apply to you, think again! The two most common medical foods we use are targeted for managing the glucose response and dyslipidemia, respectively.
Ultra Glucose Control can benefit such a wide range of the population since the body’s glucose response begins to need support long before type 2 diabetes develops. Over half of Americans suffer from diabetes or pre-diabetes, given that approximately 14% of Americans have diabetes and another 40% have prediabetes. This means that one in two people could benefit from support for the body’s glucose response. Even if you think you are “pretty healthy”, chances are you could use some additional assistance.
Similarly, dyslipidemia is another precursor condition that occurs in more than one out of every 3 adults. By investing in your health early, you can rectify dyslipidemia before it becomes a serious cardiovascular disease, like stroke or heart attack.

Supplements

As you may notice, most of our programs include a set of 4 supplements we are referring to as the “Basic 4”. This Basic 4 supplement pack covers the general deficiencies that most people need support on, ranging from micronutrients to key vitamins. Some of the other supplements included in our programs help with gut health balance, such as the UltraFlora line, and others help boost immunity, such as the Zinc A.G.

PEMF

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field, and PEMF therapy has been proven to help the body in recovery and rejuvenation, and its focus lies in fine-tuning your body’s own electromagnetic field for overall wellbeing. First studied by a NASA scientist for the betterment of the health of astronauts while in space, it has now been applied successfully in many different fields, from athletic performance enhancement to support for a variety of health conditions.
If humans having electromagnetic fields sounds far-fetched to you, remember that ALL matter is made up of atoms, which are mostly empty space! The only thing preventing atoms from passing right through each other is the electromagnetic force, which means that every single one of us is absolutely packed with that energy and electromagnetic force.
